Project Management
Our exclusive Project Management System encompasses all areas of the project and focuses on the TOTAL SYSTEM COST. The TOTAL SYSTEM COST is an in depth study of all milestones and objectives of the project at various stages: Supplier Price, Delivered Cost, Cost of Use and Administration Cost. Our Project Management System integrates with our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software to track financial status, resource availability and capacity planning. Our Activity Based Costing and Quoting ties in closely with our Project Management System and includes a closed loop feedback system.
This process allows for proper documentation and execution of lessons learned throughout the history and our organization. Our dedicated project manager is the primary contact for the customer from the launch of the program through the start of production and final buy off. They are the TEAM LEADER of a cross functional group with responsibilities for assigning resources, tracking budget, timelines and open issues.
